Frequently asked questions
How much will I get for my video?
This mainly depends on the content, length and quality. Our pricing formula is transparent: base price per piece of content multiplied by quality, length and demand, plus surcharges, for example for a visible face or 4K. Fixed prices range from €25 to €1,500.
Fixed price, hybrid or marketplace – what’s the difference?
With a fixed price, we purchase the usage rights and pay you once. With the hybrid option, you receive half immediately and 25 % of net revenue for 24 months. On the marketplace, the video remains your listing: you receive 65 % of the net revenue from each sale, exclusively 70 %.
How quickly will I receive an offer?
The technical analysis starts immediately after upload. Once all participants have been verified and have given their consent, our team reviews the material, usually within a few business days.
Does my face have to be visible?
No. Videos with a visible face receive a surcharge, but this is not a requirement. In the shop, you appear only under your stage name.
Why does every person have to be verified?
Because every identifiable person decides for themselves how their image is used. We need proof of age and a separate, digitally signed consent from every person – this protects everyone involved.
What happens to my data?
Our service provider Didit verifies your identity document details; we store only the result. Your video remains private until it is approved and is visible only to the review team. Further details are provided in the Privacy Policy.
Can I withdraw my video later?
At any time before acceptance. After the sale, the agreed usage rights apply; if a person withdraws their consent, we block the video and work out the remaining details fairly with you.
Which files can I upload?
Videos in MP4, MOV, MKV or WebM format up to 20 GB, at least 720p. Photo sets with 5 to 80 photos in JPG, PNG or WebP format.
