Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy informs you about which personal data we process when you use the shop at shop.porno-casting.net, sign up for the newsletter, place an order or submit a review, the purposes and legal bases for doing so, how long we store the data and what rights you have. porno-casting.net itself is subject to its own Privacy Policy.

2. Hosting and server log files

We operate the shop on our own server in a data centre in Germany (Vautron Rechenzentrum AG, Regensburg). Each time the shop is accessed, the web server processes technically necessary connection data: IP address, date and time, address accessed, status code, amount of data transferred, referrer, browser and operating system. The log files are deleted no later than after seven days, unless we exceptionally need them for longer to investigate a specific security incident. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO; our legitimate interest is secure and stable operation. The connection is encrypted throughout using TLS.

3. Cookies and local storage

The shop uses only its own technically necessary cookies, for example for the shopping cart, login, wish list and recently viewed items (§ 25 para. 2 no. 2 TDDDG, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b and f DSGVO). We do not use analytics or advertising services or third-party cookies. Fonts and images are loaded from our own server.

4. Newsletter and notification of the shop launch

If you sign up for the newsletter, we process your first name, last name, email address, selected language, the place where you signed up, the date and time of registration and confirmation, the version of the consent text and a shortened, encrypted version of your IP address. We do not store the complete IP address.

We use the double opt-in procedure: after signing up, we send you an email containing a confirmation link. You are only registered once you have confirmed it. Unconfirmed registrations are deleted after 30 days.

Our newsletter informs you about the launch of the shop, new products and promotions. When the shop launches, you will receive a personal welcome voucher worth 10%, which is linked to your email address. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO; logging the registration serves as proof of consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c and f DSGVO).

You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, either via the unsubscribe link in every email or by sending a message to info@porno-casting.net. After unsubscribing, we delete your name and email address; to prove your previous consent, we retain only a verification value for the address, the dates and times and the consent version for up to three years. The newsletter is sent from our own server; we do not use an external newsletter service.

5. Customer account and login via porno-casting.net

For a customer account, we process your email address, password (only as a verification value), name, addresses, orders, wish list and Coin balance. If you log in using your porno-casting.net account, porno-casting.net transmits your account identifier, name and email address to us and synchronises your Coin balance. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO. You can have your account deleted at any time; order data is retained for the periods prescribed by law.

6. Orders, shipping and payment

To process an order, we process your name, billing and delivery address, email address, telephone number where applicable, the products ordered, payment method and payment status (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO). We retain invoices and accounting documents for up to ten years in accordance with commercial and tax law retention periods (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c DSGVO).

For shipping, we disclose your name and delivery address and, if you consent, your email address for shipment tracking to the shipping company, usually DHL (Deutsche Post AG / DHL Paket GmbH, Bonn). Products from the fan collection are manufactured and shipped on our behalf by a printing service provider (Art. 28 DSGVO); for this purpose, it receives the products ordered and the delivery address.

If you pay via Pay4Coins (CIPA Media S.L.U., La Orotava, Spain) or Verotel (Verotel International B.V., Amsterdam, Netherlands), we redirect you to the provider’s payment page and transmit your email address, order number and amount. You enter your payment details directly with the provider; we do not receive them. The respective provider is responsible for processing on the payment page. For payment in advance, we process the details of your bank transfer.

The payment confirmation from Pay4Coins technically reaches us via the server of porno-casting.net, which forwards it to the shop unchanged and securely. In connection with the order, we store the transaction number, payment method, amount, payment status, and, where applicable, reversed payments (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b and c GDPR). If a payment is reversed, we block the downloads for the affected order until the payment has been clarified.

On our legal notice page, we embed Pay4Coins’ provider information. For this purpose, your browser loads a script from api.pay4coins.com and images from merchant.pay4coins.com and cdn.erocms.net only on this page; your IP address and the usual technical information from your browser are transmitted in the process. No cookies are set, and we load the script without a referrer. The legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f GDPR; our legitimate interest is complete provider identification, which Pay4Coins requires for payment processing.

7. Age confirmation

For products in the “Webcam & Toys” category, we store your confirmation that you are of legal age for the purpose of processing the order (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c and f DSGVO).

8. Reviews and review invitations

If you submit a review, we publish your display name, star rating, text, date and, where applicable, the notices “Verified purchase” and “Bonus Coins were credited for this review”. We do not publish your email address. For verification purposes, we match the review against your orders. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO; the verification also serves to fulfil our obligation under § 5b para. 3 UWG and our legitimate interest in genuine reviews (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO).

A few days after an order has been completed, we invite you once by email to review the products purchased. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO in conjunction with § 7 para. 3 UWG. You can object at any time, either via the link in the email or when placing your order, without incurring any costs other than the transmission costs at the basic rates. After an objection, we store only a verification value for your email address so that we do not send you any further invitations.

9. Storage period

We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations.

10. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 DSGVO), rectification (Art. 16 DSGVO), erasure (Art. 17 DSGVO), restriction of processing (Art. 18 DSGVO), data portability (Art. 20 DSGVO) and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 DSGVO). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7 para. 3 DSGVO).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 DSGVO). The authority responsible for us is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin, www.datenschutz-berlin.de.

11. Changes

We will update this Privacy Policy if our processing activities or the legal situation change. The version published here at the relevant time shall apply.
