General Terms and Conditions of DATAsoft Webservice GmbH for orders placed in the shop at shop.porno-casting.net<\/p>\n
(1) The provider and contractual partner is DATAsoft Webservice GmbH, Friedrichstra\u00dfe 155, 10117 Berlin, entered in the Commercial Register of the Charlottenburg Local Court (Berlin) under HRB 271333 B, represented by its managing director Ben Kusche, email: info@porno-casting.net, telephone: +49 30 20965-6680 (hereinafter \u201cwe\u201d or \u201cus\u201d).<\/p>\n
(2) These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses in the shop, in the version valid at the time the order is placed. The use of porno-casting.net itself is governed by its own General Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n
(3) A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity (\u00a7 13 BGB).<\/p>\n
(1) The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.<\/p>\n
(2) You add products to the shopping cart, enter your address at checkout, select the shipping and payment method, and can review and correct all details before submitting your order. By clicking \u201cPlace order with obligation to pay\u201d, you submit a binding offer. We confirm receipt by email; the contract is concluded when we accept the order, at the latest when the goods are dispatched or digital products are credited.<\/p>\n
(3) The language of the contract is German; translated versions are provided for information purposes. We store the text of the contract. You can access it in the order confirmation and in your customer account.<\/p>\n
(1) All prices are final prices in euros, including statutory VAT. Shipping costs are added; these are stated on the \u201cShipping & Payment\u201d page and at checkout.<\/p>\n
(2) We deliver to Germany and the countries of the EU. Restrictions for individual products, such as gas lighters or the fan collection, are stated on the product page and on the \u201cShipping & Payment\u201d page.<\/p>\n
(1) The available payment methods are shown at checkout. For payment in advance, you transfer the amount after placing the order; we dispatch the order after receiving payment.<\/p>\n
(2) Coins are credit in your account at porno-casting.net. 10 Coins correspond to \u20ac1. You can pay for an order in full or in part with Coins. Coin packages and gift vouchers cannot be paid for with Coins. Coins are non-transferable and will not be paid out in cash unless required by law.<\/p>\n
(3) With every purchase made with money, we credit part of the value of the goods to your account as bonus Coins; the amount is shown in your customer account. If an order is cancelled or revoked, we debit the bonus Coins again.<\/p>\n

(4) When paying via Pay4Coins, you select the payment method on Pay4Coins\u2019 payment page (CIPA Media S.L.U., Spain); their terms of use also apply there. The order is deemed paid as soon as Pay4Coins confirms the payment to us. We will activate digital content such as videos and photo sets only thereafter. If a payment is reversed, we block the downloads for the order until the amount has been received again. Refunds are made via Pay4Coins to the original payment method.<\/p>\n
(1) The delivery time is stated for the respective product. Products from the fan collection are printed only after the order has been placed.<\/p>\n
(2) We ship discreetly in neutral packaging. Digital products are available in your customer account after payment has been received.<\/p>\n
We sell products from the \u201cWebcam & Toys\u201d section only to adults. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. The digital section is accessible only after age verification.<\/p>\n
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.<\/p>\n
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the withdrawal instructions.<\/p>\n
Statutory rights relating to defects apply. In the case of manufacturer warranties, such as those for Lovense products, the manufacturer\u2019s terms apply additionally; your statutory rights remain unaffected.<\/p>\n
Gift and promotional vouchers can only be redeemed in the shop. The conditions of a promotional voucher, such as its validity period or minimum order value, are stated with the respective voucher. Promotional vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions and will not be paid out in cash.<\/p>\n
(1) Only customers who have purchased the product from us and are logged in to their customer account can review products. We automatically verify whether a purchase was made based on the orders in the customer account; we display such reviews with the notice \u201cVerified Purchase\u201d.<\/p>\n
(2) We review every submission before publication. We publish positive and negative reviews equally and remove or block only content that is unlawful, insulting, promotional or unrelated to the subject, or that contains personal data of third parties.<\/p>\n
(3) A few days after a completed order, we will invite you by email to submit a review. You can unsubscribe from these invitations at any time using the link in the email.<\/p>\n
(4) For each approved review of a purchased product, we may credit you with bonus Coins \u2013 regardless of how many stars you award or what you write. We identify such reviews with the notice \u201cBonus Coins were credited for this review\u201d.<\/p>\n
(5) Reviews are displayed in the order in which they are received. We calculate the average rating from all published reviews of the product.<\/p>\n
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n
(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. In relation to consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence.<\/p>\n
(2) We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.<\/p>\n
(3) Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.<\/p>\n
